



Twenty-Eighth Reunion
The Twenty-Eighth Annual Burgin & Lytle Reunion was held at Bethel Methodist Church 3rd Sunday in July 20th 1958. Meeting was called to order by president, Ray Burgin.

Scripture Reading and short talk given by the pastor of Church Rev. V. N. Allen
A Reading by Annalaine Ragen
Burgin History was given by Rev. James A. Crisp.

History Dated back to 1560. Came in from Sweeden (sic), & Germany.
Special Music by Garry Morris & Davis quartet.
Memorial Service given by Rev. James A. Crisp & Margaret Burgin 4 passed away since last reunion. Cong. sang Amazing Grace.
Adjournment for Lunch. A picnic Lunch was enjoyed by all.
Cong. met back in Church at 1 •.30 for a short service with songs given by Davis quartet.

Oldest present Mr. Satterwhite 90 yr old July 26th. The Burgin's gave several numbers in song at this time .

A Historian was elected for Burgins & Lytles (Miss) Penta Burgin for Burgins Rev. A. Lealan Lytle for the Lytles
$5.00 to go to each Historian for expenses. A Collection was taken for expense was $27.44
